Our Therapists are all fully insured and members of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT).

Victoria Hood

Victoria’s interest in a holistic lifestyle began over a decade ago. She is fully qualified in Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Indian Head, and Full Body Massage. Since joining Suaith, Victoria has also qualified in Hot Stone Therapy and Advanced Massage Techniques. We will cultivate Victoria’s natural ability through continual and ongoing training in our other therapies.

Victoria works Tuesday and Friday day time.

Practicing: Soft & Advanced Massage Techniques, Indian Head Massage,  Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candle Treatment & Hot Stone Therapy.

Christine Halls

Christine is the Hertfordshire co-ordinator for the Federation of Holistic Therapists, offering support and advice to the community of therapists, and as such we are very pleased to have such a valued practitioner working at Suaith. With a wealth of knowledge regarding neo-natal and post-natal care, Christine will specialise in the Maternity and Baby Massage treatments, and is available for appointments only after referral.

Practicing:  Maternity Massage, Pre-conception, Maternity & Post Natal Reflexology and Baby Massage Instruction.

Collette Cardines

Collette Cardines is a massage therapist who specialises in Sports Therapy.  Her treatments are specific to Acute and Chronic Sports Injuries which includes Initial Assessments, Soft and Deep Tissue Massage, and Rehabilitation Techniques.

Collette is a qualified Sports Therapist who has studied at North Hertfordshire College and most recently the University of Kent, graduating with a Sports Therapy, Health and Fitness BSc Honours Degree. Her previous experience includes working with a number of different athletes in various sports such as football, netball, basketball, and rugby.

Collette will be available for treatments from October 2015.

Practicing: Acute and Chronic Sports Injuries, Soft and Deep Tissue Massage & Rehabilitation Techniques.

Trevor Frost

Trevor is a massage therapist specialising in Warm Bamboo Therapy and is also qualified in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Thermo Auricular (Ear Candling) Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Advanced Massage Techniques. Trevor began his training at North Hertfordshire College and completed self-study in Anatomy and Physiology to Level 4.

Since coming into the business Trevor has worked as a mobile therapist, and one day a week works as a voluntary therapist at Keech Hospice with clients with life-limiting illnesses. Trevor’s other main interest is training, teaching Warm Bamboo Therapy, and has assisted with the training of Level 3 massage at NHC. Trevor is currently studying Sports Massage with Sports Therapy UK at University of Bedfordshire.

Practicing: Warm Bamboo Massage, Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Thermal Auricular (Ear Candling) Therapy and Deep Tissue Massage.
